Pritchard [Plastics] Ltd is an extruder and injection moulder of plastics. We design and manufacture a range of extruded plastic and injection moulded components for high volume mass-market manufacturers, alongside lower volumes for specialist businesses.

We have design and tooling facilities to develop custom plastic extrusions and injection mouldings both in-house and via a network of suppliers. We also undertake CAD development of products – ranging from CNC machined and other rapid prototype samples, to dies and mould tools, through to full production.

Our range of tooled extruded profiles includes: decorative profiles, jointing strips, plastic capping, glazing bead, angle sections, plastic beading, plastic tube, channels, handle profiles etc.

In addition to profile extrusion, we carry out on-line and off-line processing including profile wrapping, sawing, punching, drilling, shaping, assembly and framing.

Typical Materials:

Extrusion profiles - PVC, PP, and custom rigid EPS blends including wood effect plastic finishes.

Plastic injection moulding - PP, PS, PE, ABS, Nylon.
